Background
The articles and provisions contained in the contract constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the Cerritos Community College District (“District”) and the Cerritos College Faculty Federation, Local 6215, CFT/AFT, AFL-CIO (“Union”). This Agreement was entered the 17th day of August 2022 pursuant to Government Code Sections 3540-3549.
